FAMILIAR | A Black cat named Lilac Ashes. Her nickname is often “Lilac” by Vladimir himself. She is a strange cat that sometimes appears out of no where. She likes to follow Vlad around and sometimes ends up waiting for him in his next class.

PERSONALITY |
⇢ EMOTIONLESS
Most of his time he isn't very trusting and he has learned to keep his feelings out of the way of people's reach. To do this he keeps his eyes drained of all emotions that he doesn't want others to see. This often is misinterpreted as a lack of interest in other people or subjects and sometimes seen as carelessness or lack of empathy and sympathy alike. It sometimes seems that he doesn't really care about anyone but himself and his black cat, Lilac Ashes. With this he is able to close his mind just enough so normal wizards, without the ability to see into his mind, can't go snooping around his thoughts.
⇢ SARCASTIC
Despite the appearance of no interest, Vladimir has a love for being majorly sarcastic. It doesn't matter what situation he's in he just has to make some random comment about how stupid someone is acting or about how bored he really is. He doesn't know why but comments just make him feel included and yet so far away from everyone. It could be about someone in a different house or someone from his own common room. It doesn't really matter to him. But usually if its made about someone in his own common room its just to tease them and not to be rude.
⇢ INTELLIGENT
Vladimir Zetina is one smart cookie that you don't want to mess with. Although his intelligence mostly stretches to history, strategy thinking, and anything about spells. Other then that he either doesn't care to study in or it makes no sense to him.
His number one favorite thing to do is to figure out strategies for various situations. It allows him to think and it allows him to be in control. In his school notebooks there is plenty of writing and plenty of drawings for just that. He loves to put himself into dangerous situations to see if he himself can get out of them.
If you ask him anything about the history of Wands, Wizards, magical creatures, Muggles, you name it he knows it. He likes to know the history so that he doesn't make the same mistakes that everyone else has to learn the hard way for. Also his mother loved history and so passed down her love to him.
Last but not least spell casting. He is able to cast most spells very well. He also likes to create his own spells that are good in all subjects except Divination and Herbology, which are his two worst subjects. Again when it comes to casting spells for those particular subjects they always backfire on him.
⇢ CONTROLFREAK
I know I don't have to say much about this aspect of him but I'll just give you a little heads up. He's a total control freak and when I say control freak I mean of everything! He likes the ability to give orders when he wants something and to have people obey him. However that part of it usually comes out when working on projects or figuring out strategies. If he's not taken into consideration or is refused, he will make sure that the project fails. Technically he will sabotage the plan. Harsh, yes, but he gets jealous when he knows that he can come up with a better plan then the plan of his competitor.
Another thing about being a control freak for Vlad is that he can get very competitive. I guess you already realized that from above, but when it comes to competition, he goes all out.
⇢ APPEARANCESHIFT
Ever since the night in the mirror room in the Fun House at the carnival Vlad hates looking into mirrors at himself. He doesn't mind his appearance for he takes good care of it, but the reflection of a young six year old boy who looks up at him from the mirror. So the mirror that his mother gave to him before she died is used for it's magical purpose only.
⇢ EMOTION-NESS
Ohkay, I know that he seems like he has no emotions because he locks them all away, however, he does have emotions. They are usually bottled up inside him ready to come out in an explosion like no other. Here are most of the emotions that he experiences most of the time.
The one emotion the show's itself most often is loneliness. It can often be seen in his eyes when he is in class or in during meal times. He knows that he has friends in the Slytherin. Slytherin is like his second family and he would do anything for them. Though there is this silent feeling of being alone. He feels like he doesn't quite belong in Hogwarts. He's not quite sure why, but its eating at his heart like a worm would an apple. He also misses his brother whom should be at Hogwarts with him, and his mother who would always send him some of her home made sweets.
In a common way to loneliness another emotion, that goes by the name of anger, is able to leak out to others. When he gets angry he'll stare at the person he's angry at for hours. The look in his eyes will be like a volcanic explosion. And he is very big on revenge, though it isn't very obvious. Sometimes it will seem like the person he is mad at will be having an unlucky, very clumsy day. It won't be known that it was all his doing. Then there is that large hidden anger about his mother and brother’s killer. He’s not entirely sure who the man was but he would remember the face and the wand of the man forever.
A big emotion that is not shown very much, but can be misinterpreted as anger, is jealousy. He has a permanent grudge against the Gryffindor house kids. He sees them as perfect little kids that get whatever they want and they always get the glory. Slytherin is looked down upon because they are always trying to be better then Gryffindor even though they never really get the chance. The kids of Gryffindor force him to look at himself and see the faults that he himself has. The sins and the lack of “good” qualities make him angry. Is jealousy right for him to have? He’s not sure but he isn’t about to get rid of it anytime soon.
Pleasure. This is one emotion that he likes to show when he feels it. Its slips out sometimes when he’s with Lilac Ashes or when he’s working on any of the three subjects that he loves to work on. Sometimes he feels happy when he is hanging out with his own friends.

⇢ A CARNIVAL STORY
It was a dark an stormy night… -clears throat- just kidding. As a young boy of 6 years old Vlad’s parents took him to a carnival. His parents had promised not to bring along their wands so that they could have proper fun with their kids. Vlad spent most of the day following his 8 year old brother, Kamron, around. They did just about everything together. Played games. Went on kiddy rides. Ate popcorn. They had a lot of fun until Vlad got lost, lost in the Fun House to be exact. It was near closing time and some of the rides and attractions were closing down. Kamron finally got a little annoyed that Vlad was following him everywhere so he turned on him and told him off. Vlad ran off sobbing and ended up running into the closed down fun house. He ran through it until he got into the mirror part of the ride and couldn’t see in the dark.
When he reached the middle of the mirror area, without realizing it, he sat down and cried until he couldn’t cry anymore. He cried himself to sleep and woke up an hour later in the dark mirror area with low red lights on all over the place. He could see himself in the mirrors of the maze but couldn’t get out. The darkness made him feel like the walls were closing in on him and that he was in a box. The trauma was too much for Vlad and he froze in a sitting position hugging his legs with his arms.
For five hours Vlad and Kamron’s mother and father looked everywhere for their son and they even got the muggle police involved. Finally, the parents decided to go back and get their wands to find their son with. However, Kamron had disappeared as well. When they found him he was walking out of the Fun House hugging his sobbing little brother on the way and cooing sweet nothings into his ear.
⇢ THE BLOOD FUED MASECURE[/u]
Oh the Blood Feud. This is something that Vladimir could not forget. That night was all because of the Blood Feud. The infamous Blood Feud between the Wealthy Zetina Family and the prosperous Layton Family. It was on this night that Vladimir lost his beloved mother and his Hero of a brother. Kamron never cared much about the feud and thought it was so embarrassing that his family was found in public often arguing with the opposing family. Though on this night Vlad was found, by his father, hidden unconscious under his brother's limp body. Beside them his mother and shriveled in the middle of the house was an enormous spider. The mark of the Layton family was found on the abdomen of the spider and Drake Zetina knew just what had happened.
On this night Vladimir was 11 years old while his brother Kamron was 13 years. That was the night that changed Vladimir from his innocent kid personality to his emotionless, more adult prison.
