About Claims
So, you want your character to be special, do you? That's cool. Actually, that's encouraged. However, we don't want an absurd amount of parseltongue metamorphmagus werewolf half-giants. SO, to minimize the excess amount of 'special' that one person can have, there are maximum numbers of claims present for characters and members.
How Many Claims do I get?
PROFESSORS | You can only make one professor.
CLUB HEADS | You can only have one character which is the head of a club. This character can only be the head of one club total.
SPECIAL ABILITIES | You have to actually APPLY for these, so there is a possibility you won't be accepted. Therefore, it might be a good idea to apply before you make your character. Each member can have a maximum of two special abilities between all their characters.
HALF-BREEDS | You may only have two half-breeds total and they may not be the same species. Each character can obviously only have one half breed claim.
SQUIBS & SQUIB BORNS | They're really rare, so members can only make one squib or squib born. If everyone starts making them, they will have to be temporarily banned.
What doesn't count?
FACE CLAIMS | kind of obvious, but I wanted to mention it anyway.
CLUB MEMBERS | It only counts as a claim if you're the leader of the club/team.
QUIDDITCH TEAM | We want to encourage this! Gotta' start some actual games, yeah?
FAMILY NAMES | You can have as many canon names as you want. Just don't do overboard.
